Book an intro call.
Thirty minutes. No prep, no pitch deck. Bring the system nobody is accountable for, or the one you are about to buy.

Times show in your own time zone. I am on Pacific time in San Marcos, CA. The booking form asks for a name, an email address and what you want to talk about; it goes to my calendar and my inbox, nowhere else. What happens to it.
Before you book Common questions
Questions people ask about the call.
How long is the intro call, and what does it cost?
Thirty minutes, free. No prep and no pitch. If it is not a fit, I say so and point you somewhere useful.
What should I bring?
The AI system nobody is accountable for, or the one you are about to buy. We talk about what it costs you when it misbehaves, who owns it today, and what you have already tried.
Who is on the call?
Nick Donatelli. There is no sales team: the person on the call is the person who runs the system.
What happens after the call?
If it is a fit, you get a short written note on which entry engagement makes sense, discovery or verification, and what it covers. If it is not, I say so. Either way there is no follow-up sequence.
Do I need to give you access to anything before the call?
No. Access comes later, during the entry engagement, on accounts you own and can revoke. How that works is on the security practices page.
Is there a price list?
No. Scope, service levels and the monthly report’s metric set are agreed in writing before anything is operated, and the proposal carries the figures. There is no hourly rate to quote, because there is no hourly meter.
