donatelli.tech is a remote operations and automation practice for owner-run businesses, run by Nick Donatelli from San Marcos, CA: lead intake and pipeline automation, work-management setup and migration, knowledge bases for AI assistants, and operations playbooks. Fixed price, built on accounts the client owns. It is not a construction, design-build or general contracting firm.

I am the one on the call and the one doing the build. Based in San Marcos, California; working remotely with owner-run businesses anywhere in the US.
There is no sales team and no account manager. You get Nick Donatelli on the intro call, and the same person doing the work: lead intake and pipeline automation, work-management setup and migration, knowledge bases for AI assistants, and the operations playbooks that hold them together.
Everything is built on accounts you own, under logins you control, and handed over with training and a written fix-it guide. There is no retainer to keep a system running: if we never speak again, it keeps working, and anyone you hire can change it.
Work is remote, from San Marcos, CA, on Pacific time, with owner-run businesses anywhere in the US: contractors, trades, design and field-service firms, and small professional practices, usually a few to a few dozen people.
What that does not include is on the scope list: no custom software, no marketing, no bookkeeping or payroll or tax or legal, no IT support, and no open-ended hourly work. How access to your systems is handled — named users you provision and revoke, least privilege, what is kept and for how long — is written out in full on the security practices page.
